A transaction is any payment made by a member through your Pancify-powered community - including one-time purchases, membership subscriptions, or any other paid offer you create on the platform.

The 2% fee is only charged when a member makes a payment through your Pancify community. If you have zero transactions, you pay zero fees. The fee is automatically deducted from each transaction before it reaches your payout.

No - there are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, or hidden charges from Pancify. Standard payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe fees) may apply separately depending on your payment method.

Earnings are processed through your connected payment account. Pancify deducts the 2% platform fee and the remaining 98% is yours. Payout schedules depend on your payment processor settings.

Pancify itself does not charge you subscription fees, so there is nothing to refund at the platform level. For member refunds within your community, those are handled between you and your members. See our Refund Policy for full details.
