Refund Policy

1. Overview

Pancify is a free-to-use platform. We do not charge creators a subscription fee or any upfront cost to use the platform. Pancify only earns a 2% transaction fee when you successfully process a payment through the platform. Because there is no subscription or platform fee charged to you, there is generally nothing to refund at the Pancify platform level.

2. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for establishing and communicating their own refund policies to their members. Pancify is a platform that facilitates transactions between creators and their members; it is not a party to those transactions beyond payment processing.

Any refund of membership payments to members is the responsibility of the creator. Creators are encouraged to clearly display their refund terms on their Pancify creator page and offer materials before a member purchases.

3. Platform Fees

Pancify's 2% platform fee is deducted automatically at the time of each transaction and is non-refundable. If a creator issues a refund to a member, the 2% platform fee that was charged on that transaction will not be returned to the creator, as the fee compensates Pancify for processing and platform costs already incurred.

4. Disputed Transactions & Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by a member's bank or card issuer, the creator is responsible for responding to the dispute. Pancify will provide relevant transaction records to assist with dispute resolution where possible. Repeated chargebacks may result in restrictions on your Pancify account.

5. Account Closure

If you choose to close your Pancify account, any outstanding earnings that have not yet been paid out will be processed according to your payment processor's standard payout schedule. Pancify does not charge any account closure fees.
